40somethinghandyman was founded by Emil Vogel a Graduate from Northern Arizonia University. His Construction experience comes from working construction for a Third Generation Builder. (TEMPLIN BUILDERS) Where he learned all facets of the construction trade from the ground up while he was attending High school and college. He has utilized his constructions skills from restoring a 112 year old Victorian Home in Kansas City,MO to working with investors in the Biltmore area of Phoenix flipping condominiums.
